Please allow 2 weeks for your custom-made dress to be produced, and 1 week for shipping. Where possible we will ship your order earlier.

Returns/ Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind.

In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. Please ensure you refer to our size chart for further information on sizing.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size. If an exchange is offered, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original tags in place.

Faults/ Flaws

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate garment is unavailable for exchange.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returned Mail

In the event that your package is returned to us, for any reason such as incorrect address, non-payment of duties or non-collection a refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. If the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply.

Sale Items

No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.


Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer.
